Job Summary:-
Our client, a leading Middle East based bank is looking for a Head of Credit Risk Evaluation to join their team in Qatar.
Job Description:-
Responsibilities:

Lead and develop skills in credit risk evaluation and arrange training programs for the staff in coordination with HR.
Monitor risks associated with the bank’s lending business, analyze risk exposures and recommend strategies to manage them.
Ensure that the lending activities of the bank in all the Business Groups comply with internal policies, procedures and regulations.
Liaise with Internal/External Auditors on the Credit Risk related issues and provide support in examining the credit portfolio of the bank.
Establish a system for independent risk assessment of the bank’s advances and generate reports on the strengths or weaknesses of the entire portfolio.


Requirements:

University degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent.
At least 10-12 years experience in credit risk assessment in a bank in the GCC.
Good knowledge of Computer Applications particularly MS Word and Excel.
Fluency in English as well as Arabic.
